These RCA 5962 tubes test: 95-93/50 96-96/50 on my TV-7D tester (calibrated 1/27/24). Brand new tubes should test 77-77/50 or higher. Tested for shorts, emission, gas and noise. Both dated April of 1953; just over 70 years young! Although these tubes test at NOS readings I don’t have original packaging. These are in great shape and could pass for new. If they were used it was very lightly. The 5692 is a 6SN7 equivalent with a ruggedized construction for Military/heavy stress applications. They each have 3 micas and 5 support rods. They’re loved by audiophiles and if you’re reading this, chances are good you already know why. See the pictures for condition and ask questions.
